Is this a YSWS?

This is a YSWS in the making! We don't have a sponsor yet, but we will if you RSVP.

What are Adventurers?

Adventurers are Hack Clubbers who choose to make projects for coins. They can accept quests from the questboard and earn coins as a reward for completing them.

They can join guilds, do side quests, spend coins in the shop, and reach higher tiers.

What are Quest Givers?

Quest Givers are Hack Clubbers who choose to post quests (aka commissions) and review other quests.

Quest Givers can request things ranging from a portfolio website for their art to a fully functioning website for their side hustle.

After their quest is fulfilled, Quest Givers get their project for free. In exchange, they'll review a few quests themselves. (Number of quests TBD)

What can we buy from the shop?

The shop will have a wide collection of rewards ranging from Hack Club stickers to laptops and 3D printers.

What are Guilds?

Guilds are Hack Clubs. If you're a Hack Club leader you can make a guild, and if you're part of a Hack Club you can join one.

Guild members get access to an exclusive part of the shop, but a small cut of their payout is taken as a fee. Guild Masters receive those fees in the Guild's balance, which can only be spent in a special shop with equipment for their club.

What are Side Quests?

Are you a beginner? Good news. You can still be an Adventurer. Side Quests are preset quests made for beginners.

Orph Quests

Side quests given by Orpheus. Each one comes with a beginner guide and rewards a set amount of coins. No time tracking needed.

Hack Quests

YSWSs in disguise. We'll feature YSWSs like Boba Drops as Hack Quests on the questboard.

All restrictions from the original YSWSs apply. For example, if Boba Drops allows one submission per person, that limit still applies here.

Hack Quests do not reward coins. They reward the same prizes as the original YSWSs. This is simply a way of featuring them on the questboard.

What are Tiers?

Adventurers can level up to higher tiers by completing quests. Higher tiers unlock access to more items in the shop.
